Q. When can you do it?
Usually next day in some cases immediately

Q Can you supply a driver?
YES, in most cases our machinery is supplied with an experienced driver, CPCS qualified.

Q. What about the insurance?
If the machine is supplied with a driver all insurance becomes responsibility of Bowplant Ltd, the minimum amount of cover provided is no less than £5 million.
If the machine is on self drive basis, we will need to see a copy of your hired in plant insurance certificate. If you are a private customer and do not have adequate insurance Bowplant can arrange this for you.

Q. What about the security?
Depending on which machine you hire we can offer either a simple wheel clamp, manual immobilizer, security chains, locks and window guards etc, and at the other end of the scale, full satellite tracking, remote immobilization.
In the event of the machine being stolen identification of the machine through the CESAR (Construction Equipment Security and Registration Scheme)

Q. Can you supply the fuel?
YES we can supply the fuel to site in 205 litre barrels, minimum of one order.
If you have one of our bowser's on hire, bulk deliveries above 500 litre's.
We can also supply oils and lubricants as required.

Q. How wide is your excavator and dumper?
Please see the equipment list, we have machine's from 2ft 6, to 9ft 6
If unsure about the suitability of access, please phone and we can advise, and if necessary visit the site before all machinery is delivered.

Q. How much does it weigh?
Please see the equipment lift, we have machines from .75 tonne to 19tonne.

Q. How deep will it dig?
Please see the equipment list, we have machines that can dig from 2meters to 9meters deep, buckets vary in size from 160mm to 2meters in width.

Q. Do you work on day rate or do you price the job?
We can work on either day rate or we can price and project manage the entire job.

Q. What are your payment terms?
Dependent on size of work - on completion.
30days on account customers, unless other arrangements have been made.
